Logging in uses the EVE application this copy was configured with, if
any. That application's callback URL must be exactly
Station_Manager role.
Reagent stocks are the values recorded at the Skyhook's
last cycle , exactly as ESI reports them. The
rate and the estimate at window open
come from the planet's entry in the Static Data Export: each bay gains
the listed amount every hour and stops at 1460 hours' worth. The
estimate assumes nothing interrupts production — check it against the
in-game figure before committing a fleet.
Raid status reflects the theft vulnerability window only,
matching ESI's own definition. All times are UTC.
Only Skyhooks on Lava and Ice planets are
listed — those are the ones that harvest reagents. Skyhooks on other planet
types produce power and workforce and have nothing to raid.
